About the Program.
Diversified Health Clinic offers a physician-led Men’s Health Program designed to support men experiencing concerns related to sexual function, pelvic health, bladder control, and overall quality of life.
Our program combines medical assessment with non-invasive treatment options when appropriate. Each patient is first assessed by Dr. Ian Hyams to determine whether they are a suitable candidate and which treatment approach may be most appropriate.
Treatment options may include
ED Shockwave Therapy
A non-invasive treatment option used for erectile dysfunction and sexual wellness. Shockwave therapy uses targeted acoustic waves and may be recommended as part of an individualized treatment plan.
EMSELLA
A non-invasive pelvic floor treatment that uses high-intensity electromagnetic technology to stimulate and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. It may be recommended for concerns involving bladder control, pelvic floor weakness, and pelvic health.
Your recommended treatment plan will depend on your individual assessment, health history, symptoms, and treatment goals.
How to book
Appointments for the Men’s Health Program are available by physician referral.
Please ask your family physician or another general practitioner to send a referral to:

Once your referral has been received and reviewed, our team will contact you to help arrange your initial consultation.
During your consultation, Dr. Hyams will review your concerns, medical history, and treatment goals and determine whether you are an appropriate candidate for the Men’s Health Program.
If treatment is recommended, our team will then help you arrange your subsequent appointments.
Coverage and pricing
The Men’s Health Program is a private-pay treatment program.
Your initial consultation with Dr. Hyams is covered by MSP when you have a valid physician referral.
Any treatments recommended after your consultation, including ED Shockwave Therapy and EMSELLA, are not covered by MSP and are private pay.
Treatment options, recommended number of sessions, and pricing will be discussed with you during your consultation before proceeding.
