Why book your massage with us
Fully trained RMTs
BC Registered Massage Therapists complete a 3,000-hour program covering assessment and treatment.
Direct billing
We bill most extended health plans directly, so in many cases you only pay any portion your plan doesn’t cover.
Appointments that fit your day
Weekdays 7am–7pm plus Saturdays, in 45, 60, 75 and 90-minute lengths.
A whole team under one roof
If your RMT thinks physio, chiropractic or kinesiology could help, those practitioners are down the hall.
What to expect at your first visit
- Book online or call — choose your RMT, time and treatment length.
- Fill out a short health history form before your visit (sent by email).
- Your RMT reviews your history, assesses the problem area and explains the treatment plan.
- Hands-on treatment, plus simple stretches or home care suggestions where helpful.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral for massage therapy?
No. You can book directly. Some extended health plans ask for a doctor's referral before they'll pay, so check your plan.
Do you direct bill my insurance?
Yes. We direct bill Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross, insurers on the TELUS Health network (such as Canada Life) and ICBC. Coverage depends on your plan.
How long are massage appointments?
45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes, and 2 hours with some of our RMTs.
Do you offer pregnancy massage?
Yes. Let us know you're pregnant when you book so your RMT can plan your treatment.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing. You'll be covered with a sheet during treatment, and you can ask to adjust pressure or skip an area at any time.
Do you have evening and Saturday appointments?
Yes. We're open until 7 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
