Direct billing and coverage

  • Extended health plans: we bill most plans directly. See the full list of insurers we bill.
  • ICBC: after a car accident, bring your claim number and we bill ICBC directly for physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, kinesiology, acupuncture and counselling. See ICBC injury recovery.
  • Veterans (PCVRS): we accept PCVRS rehabilitation referrals for physiotherapy and kinesiology.
  • Coverage questions: call 250-382-0018 and we’ll check what your plan covers before your visit.
